Benny Lim

Benny Lim founded Alpha Engineering Solutions Pte. Ltd. in May 2012. Mr. Lim is an industry veteran with more than 10 years of semiconductor experience and leads the development of technical capabilities and solutions to address new markets and businesses while achieving recognition for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Mr. Lim began his semiconductor career in Applied Materials CMP Business Management Division in Santa Clara, California being heavily involved in AMAT CMP polishing heads control and fluid control technology development before moving to Singapore to lead the CMP technical support team servicing UMC Singapore in Applied Materials South East Asia Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Lim holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University.
