FACTORY TRANSITION SERVICES
Factory Transition Services (FTS) includes all aspects of moving factory equipment. From decommissioning at the extraction site to re-installation at the receiving site, our experienced engineers, riggers, packers, and movers are trained to work in sync to achieve success on projects large and small.
Completed Projects
Globalfoundries Fab 6 used to be a full copper fab that was capable of highly integrated CMOS and RFCMOS products for applications such as Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. As part of the process to convert Fab 6 from 200mm to 300mm clean room, all 200mm equipment have been decommissioned in Fab 6.
Alpha Engineering Solutions Pte. Ltd. is honoured to be entrusted as the major vendor to have decommissioned more than 90% of all 200mm Applied Materials (AMAT) CMP Mirra Mesa and Mirra Trak and Lam Research OnTrak systems.
We have also participated strategically in Factory Transition Services based in China and Taiwan, enabling our partners based in their respective countries to be self-sufficient in completing their projects.
